Chatbots, voice assistants, augmented and virtual reality, gestures: new cognitive and/or augmented interfaces provide a more natural and effective digital connection. They reinvent our relationship with technology and allow us to avoid the screens that have monopolized our digital consumption. The challenge is to offer messages that take into account our personality as well as the context, to become transparent in the eyes of the user, erasing all friction to provide a digital environment and more polished experiences.
